ACTIVITIES

Planned activities are identified in the Fundy Wave (formerly the Fundy UU Beacon), the church’s monthly newsletter. Online versions of our newsletter are available via the above link. Members of the congregation and interested others are also informed of fast breaking developments by Telephone Talkmail from our newsletter editor.

Among the areas where we typically have Activities are:

          Social Action,
          Religious Education for Adults, and
          Social Events.

Social Action

Actions are undertaken from time to time by the congregation.
We maintain monthly scheduled labour participation of our members helping at Romero House. And we have provided other help in the community.

Religious Education for Adults

Adult religious education programs are offered periodically throughout the year by interested members of the church. We discuss a wide variety of topics which allow us to benefit from each others’ diverse experience and insights.

Social Events

In the UU Church we create many opportunities to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate together. Events have included potluck suppers, picnics, corn boils and a sleigh ride. Members and friends of all ages are welcome to join in the fun and fellowship.
